Binay Khadka

Binay Khadka is a qualified Chartered Accountant and the Chief Executive Officer of Khalti, a leading digital wallet and payment service provider in Nepal. With a strong foundation in finance and strategic leadership, he has played a pivotal role in accelerating Khalti’s growth in the digital payments ecosystem. Prior to this role, he held key positions including Head of Banks and Corporate Relations at eSewa and Head of Digital Marketing at NIC Asia Bank, following his initial tenure as a Financial Analyst at the same institution. Mr. Khadka was the national topper in the Chartered Accountancy final examinations in 2017, receiving three gold medals from ICAN. His career reflects a deep commitment to advancing digital financial inclusion and fostering innovation in Nepal’s fintech landscape.

Hemant Tandon Chhetri, the CEO of Hamro Pay, has a diverse professional background. He began as a professional graphic designer before transitioning to the banking sector, where he held leadership roles like Head of Legal, Compliance, and Recovery at Samriddhi Finance Limited, and Chief Legal Officer at NIC Asia Microfinance Limited.
